PROJECT CONSTRUCTION
Machine Frame Construction:
1- Aluminum sheet 38”x24” is folded 90°. The folds are from the 38” sides as shown in figure1. The folding is done by using metal folding machine.
2- Four pieces of aluminum square tubes 1.25”x1.25” and 2” long are brazed at the bottom of the frame 3”x3” from each corner.
3- Four pieces of aluminum square tubes 2”x2” and 24” long are placed on the small square tubes and pinned together to form the frame legs.

This picture demonstrate step number 2:
1.25" x1.25" square tubes are brazed at the bottom surface of the frame.

Final Frame Design

This picture show that playwood is used to make the surface straight and to isolate the flow of the electricity

Eye screw to fastened the legs with the legs holders.

Joint to help keeping the legs straight

Paper Loading Process Construction:
1- 15-RPM motor needed.
2- Two pieces 12” rollers with 0.5" diameter. The rollers are placed on top of each other. one is connected to a motor while the second is free rolling. So that when the first roller rotates, it's dirives the second roller.
3- The rollers have pieces of round rubber on them to help the loading process.
4- The top roller is connected to the motor.
5- The wood frame is drilled where the rollers are being placed.

Two rollers with rubbers on top of each other. to help the paper roll in.

Motor is connected to the top roller while the bottom roller is free rolling.
Power Source Construction:
1- 12 volts lead acid battery full charged is needed.
2- Two terminal strips are needed.
3- 3 feet black wire and 3 feet red wire.
4- The battery is connected to the motors to build a parallel circuit in order to make the volte rate the same throw all the motors.
5- Each process has its own switch to make it easier to control.
6- The switches are labeled from 1 to 5 and they are located in the front where the paper path is.
7- While the launcher switch is located at the left side of the wood frame.
